Eden Toothman joined the Title Industry in 2000. Even while earning her BS Degree in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley she worked part-time in the real estate industry. Eden is known for her excellent communication as well as her organizational skills and is always pro-active in getting tasks accomplished.

Tina Walker has 12 years of title industry experience and is known as a great communicator. She has worked with Rapunzel for the past 12 years and is very knowledgeable about all facets of the escrow process.

I have been working in Escrow since 2002 and enjoy the challenges of helping all of our clients with their escrows. In supporting all of the Escrow Officers, I have the opportunity work with most of the customers that come into our branch.
In my spare time I read, watch movies and coordinate fund raisers.
Debbie has been closing escrows for over 38 years, and has expertise in all aspects of Residential Refinances and Sales. She is the past president of the East Bay Escrow Association, and the Alameda County Escrow Association. Debbie holds the professional designations of Certified Senior Escrow Officer and Certified Escrow Instructor through the California Escrow Association, for which she was also a member of the Board of Directors in 2010.
An avid cat lover, she and her husband rescue, care, and help find homes for abandoned cats. When they are not taking care of their cats, she and her husband show their Corvettes in local car shows through Western States Corvette Council events.
